Our Philosophy
True communal living goes beyond paying levies — it involves shared responsibility, voluntary service, and a genuine commitment to the collective good. We celebrate and recognize residents who go above and beyond in serving the Estate.
2. Areas of Community Contributions
1. Committee Participation Residents are strongly encouraged to join any of the following committees:
- Security Committee
- Works & Infrastructure Committee
- Power Committee
- Social, Welfare & Publicity Committee
- Finance & Audit Committee
- Legal Committee
2. Voluntary Service
- Serving as ad-hoc committee members for special projects
- Assisting during major Estate events and meetings
- Mentoring new residents
- Participating in clean-up exercises and beautification projects
3. Skills & Professional Contributions We welcome residents to contribute their professional expertise in areas such as:
- Engineering & Construction
- Law & Dispute Resolution
- Finance & Accounting
- Security & Risk Management
- IT & Digital Transformation
- Healthcare & First Aid
4. Financial Contributions (Beyond Levies)
- Voluntary donations to the Estate Welfare & Philanthropy Fund
- Sponsorship of community events and projects
- Support for youth education and skills development programmes
5. Ideas & Innovation
- Submitting constructive suggestions for Estate improvement
- Proposing new initiatives that align with our core values
3. Hall of Contributors
Hi Life Estate proudly maintains a Hall of Contributors to honour residents who have made outstanding contributions to the growth and well-being of our community.
Recognition Categories include:
- Distinguished Contributor Award – For exceptional long-term service
- Community Builder Award – For impactful projects or initiatives
- Rising Star Award – For consistent and dedicated service by newer residents
- Special Recognition – For one-time significant contributions (financial or professional)
Induction into the Hall of Contributors occurs annually at the Annual General Meeting. Names and contributions of honorees are permanently displayed on the Estate website and at the Secretariat.
Current & Past Honorees will be listed here as the Hall grows.

Outstanding contributors are recognized annually at the Annual General Meeting through:
